Clinic/Workshop Schedule | Markham [NEW] | Barrie | Newmarket [NEW] | Milton

We recognize that education and knowledge have as much to do with athletic success, as the gear you use. We beleive that there's no better teacher than hands-on experience. What you can't get from books, are professionals guiding you at every turn, and customizing your learning experience to suit your needs.

The clinics offered at Running Free give you just that, instructors that are hand picked for their easy going approach towards teaching, their history of performance on the race course, and their love of the sport, not to mention their volume of knowledge of the many aspects of the sport. You will also discover that all of our clinics provide great value, fun, and motivation, three things that we have found over the years, keep people coming back for more.

Marathon/Half Marathon Clinics/Workshop
Whether you're a beginner, or want to graduate to running longer distances, our clinics will give you the guidance, motivation and support to attain your goals, confidently, safely, and enjoyably! The next training cycle for fall marathon/1/2 marathon season will begin soon. Check each location for details on the clinic/workshop dates, times and options in your area.



16 week program starting January 26th at 6:30 pm at the Markham location
*New Free 16 week Workshop! Limited to 40 runners first come first serve
We'll hit the roads for a workout, and then return to the shop for an in-class discussion. We will cover topics including nutrition, injury prevention, motivation, proper gear, what to expect on race day, and more. The workshop will be lead by nationally certified coach Andy Hayes CFC, with support from Lisa Bensadoun. After 16 weeks, you will have the fitness and confidence to run your best or complete your first marathon or half marathon.

ATTENDANCE REWARDS
We know the more consistent you are the better chance you have of reaching your goals. Every class you attended will count as a credit towards a raffle draw on week 16. You can win a Head to toe outfit from New Balance Canada (hat, Jacket, top, shorts, socks, and shoes) and other great prizes. If you attend at least 10 out of the 16 classes you will be presented with a Technical T-shirt from New Balance Canada.
