What's involved in a running workshop?
Each running workshop is lead by an experienced and qualified instructor, and involves a group run followed by a dicussion on a different topic each week. Discussion topics can include: proper nutrition, footwear selection, injury prevention, race preperation, running form, training principles, motivation, and much more. Each workshop meets once a week for 8 to 18 weeks depending on the curriculum.

Our Start Running workshops focus on building the fundamental skills, knowledge, and fitness needed to run a 5 kilometer race. Even if you've never run a day in your life, we'll have you running 5 kilometers with confidence and a smile on your face! Half Marathon and Marathon workshops are geared towards participants who can already run comfortably for 45 minutes to an hour and half, and have the desire to complete a half or full marathon at the end of the workshop.
