Newmarket - Triathlon De-Mystified Seminar
Sunday April 1
Have we got an opportunity for you! Coming to Running Free Newmarket, the event that no new or aspiring triathlete should miss! Triathlon can be a daunting activity to someone trying it for the first time. Our Triathlon "De-Mystified" seminar will ensure you have all the knowledge and info you'll need to feel great about your first Triathlon or excel at your next!

Come join us for a scenic run or jog! Join our group runs which head north or south on the "Tom Taylor Trail" just a few feet from our back door. After the run, head inside our store and up to our "runners loft" for a cup of complimentary tea or coffee and a bagel. See below for run group times.

Tuesdays 6:30pm open to all abilities - 5km
Thursdays 6:30pm open to all abilities - 5km-10km
Saturdays 9:00am open to all abilities - 10km + long run training
