If you purchase something from Running Free, and two weeks later it gets marked on sale, we'll credit you the difference!

Because we want you to feel completely comfortable when you make a purchase at Running Free, either in one of our stores or online at, if an item is marked on sale at Running Free after you bought it, we'll compensate you for the difference!

The requirements are simple:

  • Claim must be made within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.
  • Contact or visit the store you made the original purchase at to make a claim.
  • Provide proof of purchase which could be a reciept or online order number.
  • The difference between what you originally paid, and the current sale price will be provided as store credit.
