To ensure that you get what you want when you order from runningfree.com, we will gladly except returns for a full refund or exchange so there's no risk to you. Simply ship the item(s) back to us at:

When we receive the items back you will be refunded the purchase price including up to $10 in any shipping you paid as well as taxes on the original order. Express and Priority shipping cannot be refunded. You just have to ship the items back to us at your cost. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment you used when you ordered.
Flexible Returns Period

Returns should be received within 30 days of you recieving your order. Please contact us if additional time is required. We understand that flexibility is important and will do our best to accomodate your needs. Please let us know in advance that you need more time.
To make sure you qualify for a refund or exchange...

All products being returned must be in new condition and include any retail packaging, tags, manuals, or other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Footwear
You are welcome to try out shoes on clean indoor surfaces or treadmills to get a feel for them in use. Shoes must be in new condition with no wear evident on the soles, interior, uppers, or track spike pins. To qualify for return, shoes must be accompanied by the original box and any packaging included.

Clothing
All clothing items must be in new condition, unwashed, complete with any original hang tags attached.

Food
For saftey and health reasons, food items including Gels, Bars, Drinks, and Supplements cannot be returned.

DVD's/CD's
DVD's and CD's must be unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Warranty Returns

If you have used a product and found a problem with it that you feel may be a manufacturers defect, simply contact us so we can help you personally.

Different products may have widely varying warranties. We can explain specfic warranties to you and help you return your product should a defect be present.

Please DO NOT return a potentially defective product without first contacting us. When you do, you will be given a Return Authorization number which will ensure that there no delays or problems getting your money refunded.
