All shipping levels offer tracking for customers in Canada. Unfourtunately, orders shipped to the US cannot
be tracked once they have crossed the border.

Most in stock orders are processed and shipped the day they are received, or by the next business day at
the lastest, getting your order to you without a lot of time wasted "processing".

A Special Note to our American Customers
Orders shipped across the Canada/US border can sometimes be delayed in Customs. This step of the shipping process is unfortunately beyond our control. Potential custom delays are reflected in the relatively wide-range of delivery times quoted above. We have tried to minimize the impact on you by using Canada Post, a reliable cross-border shipper. Tracking for your order will show you that it has been shipped and will usually indicate several transfer points in Canada. Once your order crosses the border however, there will not be any further tracking info available until your order arrives. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
