Curbside Pick-Up and Returns

Unfourtunately another lockdown is upon us. All non-essential retail has been ordered closed to in-person shopping starting Thursday April 8th, 2021. We will do our part by temporarily closing our doors to customers during this Ontario-wide stay-at-home order. We're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and genuinely hoping this lockdown is the last one necessary. We will re-open at the earliest possible time when it's been deemed okay to do so.

In the meantime, please continue your shopping online and make use of our Curbside Pick-Up and Return Drop-Off options. Order Pick-Up

All you need to do is find what you're looking for on During checkout, simply select "I would like to pick up my order". Curbside Pick-Up orders are usually ready within a day of being placed. Sometimes even on the same day if placed before 12 noon on a day we're open for business.

Please wait for your Ready For Pick-Up email and Pick-Up Code before visiting. The above times are guidelines only. We will communicate with you via email when your order is ready to be picked up. If your order will be picked up by someone other than you, please indicate that in the Order Notes field during checkout, and make sure you provide them with a copy of your Ready To Pick-Up email and Pick-Up Code.


Returns Drop-Off

Online purchases may be returned to us using our Returns Drop-Off service. You may also wish to place a new online order for another size or item that you can pick-up when you drop off your return. This is a convenient way of avoiding possible return charges, shipping delays, or visiting a post office.

Things to know about Returns Drop-Off:
  • Please contact us for return authorization and instructions.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice with the items being returned.
  • Package multiple items together so your returned items stay together.
  • Ensure your order meets the standard return criteria.
  • Returns will be allowed to decontaminate and will be processed within 3-5 days.

  • *For refunds on purchases made in-store, you will need to provide the original credit card info for a refund where applicable. Please contact our store staff for more information.
