If you made a purchase in-store before the shut-down and would like to return it, please contact us at shop@runningfree.com. We will arrange a time for you to drop off your return and organize your refund.

You may return merchandise that meets the criteria for a refund to the original purchase store within 30 days, accompanied by the original receipt which we may have a record of in your customer file. Just ask! For returns of online orders click here.

All merchandise must be in new, unworn, unopened condition including all packaging, tags and other included materials. You may try shoes on clean indoor surfaces that won't mark outsoles. Beware of treadmills that may cause visible wear very quickly and render shoes not returnable.

Refunds will be provided on the original payment method/account. If not present, the refund will be provided as a credit note or gift card. Any promotions given must be returned if the qualifying item is returned or they will be deducted from the refund. You may exchange for a different size of the same style, model, and colour within 30 days even if a sale or promotion has ended, for no extra charge. Available in-store only. Please see Online Returns for info on returning online purchases. All regular return criteria apply.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: Food and nutrition, non-stock special orders, and gift cards. *Underwear and swimsuits may be returned in unworn, unwashed, brand new condition with all tags and sanitary liners attached.
