Since 1997 running free has been collecting and distributing gently used footwear to people here in the community and around the world. Since then over 300,000 pairs have been diverted from landfills and used to improve the lives of people in need. Find out more about our Reuse Shoe Program.

How to donate

All types of footwear are accepted provided they are in gently used condition and free of holes, dirt, and other stains. Please attach pairs together and place in the collection bin. Donations from individuals only please. We are unable to accomodate the volume of shoes generated by shoe drives.

In addition to having a clean shoe closet, each trip you make to donate shoes will be rewarded with $10.00 towards shoe purchase of $100 before taxes made at the time of donation.
