    Running Free SaleShare Partner Program Terms Of Use

    Running Free agrees to:

    Provide affiliate with tools to generate customizable widgets for affiliate's website or blog that will only appear if the visitor's IP address originates in Canada. If the visitor's IP address originates outside of Canada the Web Widget will not appear.

    Enable affiliate to share products (via social media networks) that are linked to the affiliate's SaleShare account.

    If direct payment is selected, and sales for the month exceed $200, send payment of 5% of gross sales of shipped products, not including shipping and handling charges or sales tax and after discounts, minus returns, within 30 days of previous month's close. Payment will be sent via Paypal, however, no Paypal account is required. If sales for the month are less than $200, an online credit of 10% (see below) will be issued instead which can be converted to 5% cash (50% of online credit value) when the online balance is greater than $20. Credit balances will expire after 2 years of inactivity on the account (redemptions or earnings).

    If Account Credit is selected, provide account credit of 10% of the sales of shipped products, not including shipping and handling charges or sales tax and after discounts, minus returns/adjustents, within 30 days of previous month's close. Running Free account credits are not redeemable for any purpose other than the purchase of merchandise.

    Provide Affiliate online access to password-protected sales data.

    Affiliate agrees to:

    Place widgets, buttons, banners, and/or links on appropriate pages of its website, linking to the aforementioned site offering items for sale to web visitors. Affiliate represents and warrants that neither its web site (Affiliate Web Site) nor any content or technology thereon:
  • infringes on any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
  • violates any law or regulation
  • is threatening, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contains nudity or pornography
  • contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information
  • is materially false, inaccurate, or misleading
  • promotes violence
  • promotes discrimination based upon race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
  • promotes the use of bulk email or spam
  • promotes the use of pyramid schemes
  • seeks to gain traffic from (paid or non-paid) ads, links, videos, or other media that appear to be by Running Free or compete with Running Free.
  • engage in behavior including cookie stuffing, forced clicks or other unethical affiliate marketing behavior.

    • The affiliate must be logged in for products and links they share to contain the unique "aff key" that connects those products and links to their account.
    Affiliate recognizes that they will not earn commision on their own purchases on runningfree.com.

    Both parties agree to the following:

    Either party may cancel this agreement at any time, by providing 7 days written notice In the event of violation of Terms and Conditions, Running Free reserves the right to immediately terminate an affiliate relationship and withhold commissions on sales.

    Parties understand that no sales guarantees are expressed or implied.

    You cannot earn SaleShare commission on your own purchases. Referrals only. No commission will be paid on sales determined to be generated by the same user/address/account that is earning the commission. Orders submitted on the same account or generated through a different account still controlled by the SaleShare account holder will be disregarded. This includes orders that are determined to be shipped to the same household where the SaleShare affiliate account holder resides, or at any address where the account holder has had listed on their account at any point in time.

    Conditions of this agreement may change without notice. Changes will be posted here when available. Violation of these Terms and Conditions will lead to Affiliate account being terminated and commissions withheld or forfeited.
