Orangeville - Women's Only Triathlon Clinic INFORMATION SESSION

Are you considering doing a triathlon? Come to the Orangeville Women's Triathlon Community Information Session on Sunday February 23rd, 2020. Come meet our OWTC coaches and members and learn what our 2020 Learn to Tri clinic has to offer. Group training will provide you the support and motivation you need to besuccessful in your triathlon goals. Our Learn to Tri clinic is an 8 week training program that includes weekly Swim Stroke Improvement sessions, weekly Start to Run or Run Efficiency sessions, Bike sessions such as Cycling Skills and Safety and Maintenance with Cycling Elements, Race Nutrition, Open Water Swimming, Injury Prevention, Race day Preparation including what to wear, how to set up your transition and important rules. Our 2020 goal race, the TriMuskokan, has many race options such as the Try a Tri, Short Course, Swim Bike, Duathlon and Relay.
