How it works.

Don’t wait for a sale. You’re covered by Sale Price Protection from running free. If an item you purchased* gets marked down within 30 days of your purchase, receive a credit the difference. Available on in-store and online purchases.

Getting your credit.

Simply contact our store or online customer service. They will lookup your purchase, verify the item or offer in question, and issue your credit via one of three methods: in-store credit, online credit, or gift card. If you do not have a customer file simply show us your physical receipt and we can look it up and verify it for you.

It’s not just for price changes!

If an applicable coupon or special offer becomes available within 30 days of your purchase, Sale Price Protection is applicable. When applying a current offer to a previous purchase, the difference will be calculated based on whatever the item prices* are at the time the offer is valid. Remember, multiple offers cannot be combined on items or transactions, so whichever offer works out the best is the one you get to keep.

*Products in The Warehouse (with a price ending in .00) at the time of purchase are excluded from Sale Price Protection unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.
