If you want to add some extra power to your walking, then you should include a pair of Nordic walking/trekking poles. By activating more muscles you will increase your energy consumption and also add some fitness training to your walk. The Silva Ex-Pole has an ergonomic grip made from cork and adjustable straps.

This Nordic walking pole is a telescopic pole in aluminium and is equipped with removable rubber tips for walking on tarmac and reflectors on the wrist strap. The reflective print on the pole itself and on the gloves increases your visibility when exercising during the hours of darkness.
